    60-minute weekly 1:1 coaching sessions over Zoom for 3, 6, or 12 months with between-session check-ins, visualization exercises, & reflection prompts. Customization available with “meet you where you’re at” approach. All containers include initial 360-degree well-being assessment.

  • Private Workshops & Events

    Highly customized with a focus on individual growth through anchoring into one’s intrinsic joy. Using the Joyspan Framework, attendees will be given practical, neuroscience-informed mindset tools to enhance & sustain their well-being & led through powerful exercises to empower mastery over every facet of their health.

  • Transformative Retreats

    Tailored & available upon request for small groups in addition to offerings held throughout the year in San Diego, CA & internationally. Focus areas include mindset growth & reprogramming, joy expansion, community connection, yoga, breathwork, & finding alignment across all elements of health in a high end, serene setting.

It’s taken me around the world and brought me to several learning modalities, including Ayurveda, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) & the science of well-being.
